Terms of Service
These terms govern the manufacturing, supply, and OEM/ODM services provided by Eco-Material Engineering. As a strictly B2B entity, we adhere to international trade standards.
Business Eligibility & Scope
Eco-Material Engineering operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturer. By accessing our services or submitting a purchase order, you warrant that you are acting on behalf of a registered business entity, such as a distributor, developer, contractor, or retailer.
Notice to Retail Consumers
We do not engage in direct-to-consumer (B2C) retail sales. All inquiries for personal residential use will be referred to our nearest authorized regional distributor.
Orders & Minimum Quantities (MOQ)
All orders are subject to acceptance by Eco-Material Engineering. A binding contract is formed only upon our issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receipt of the applicable deposit.
- Standard Products: MOQ applies per SKU, typically one 20ft container for mixed items or 500sqm per color for WPC panels.
- Custom Production: Orders requiring specific color matching or custom lengths may be subject to higher MOQs to account for material extrusion setup.
OEM/ODM & Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Designs, molds, and tooling fully paid for by the Client remain the exclusive property of the Client. We sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your proprietary designs.
Manufacturer Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, Eco-Material Engineering retains the rights to underlying manufacturing processes, material formulas, and standard structural patents used in production.
For ODM products (white-label), the Client authorizes us to manufacture products bearing their trademark. The Client assumes full liability for any trademark infringement claims in the destination market.
Pricing & Payment Terms

| Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) | 30% deposit to initiate production; 70% balance before shipment or against Bill of Lading copy (for approved accounts). |
| Letter of Credit (L/C) | Accepted for orders exceeding $50,000 USD. Must be Irrevocable L/C at sight. |
| Price Validity | Quotes are valid for 30 days unless raw material markets fluctuate by >5%. |
Shipping & Incoterms
Unless otherwise specified, all pricing is based on FOB Foshan/Guangzhou (Incoterms 2020).
Lead Time
Standard production: 15-25 days after deposit. Custom molds: +15 days.
Packaging
Standard export pallets/cartons included. Custom retail packaging available at extra cost.
Quality Assurance & Tolerances
We adhere to rigid quality control standards. However, due to the nature of WPC and PVC extrusion, the following industry-standard tolerances apply:
- Color Variation: Slight batch-to-batch variation may occur (Delta E < 2.0). We recommend ordering full project quantities at once.
- Dimensions: Length tolerance ±5mm; Width/Thickness tolerance ±0.5mm.
- Expansion: WPC products may expand/contract with temperature. Installation guidelines regarding expansion gaps must be followed to maintain warranty.
Claims regarding visible defects must be made within 7 days of cargo arrival. Structure/integrity claims are covered under our Limited 10-Year Warranty.
